You will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching team members, resolving obstacles, and ensuring high performance within the Agile process. Job Description

A Scrum Master is a key member of an Agile team responsible for facilitating Scrum practices, removing impediments, and ensuring that the team follows Agile principles. They act as a servant-leader, coach, and protector of the team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Scrum Master certifications such as CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), PSM (Professional Scrum Master), or SAFe Scrum Master are highly preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities
