We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify leads, support outreach efforts, and assist in driving business growth. Knowledge of running ad campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads will be an added advantage.
Conduct research to identify potential leads and target markets Qualify leads and maintain lead data in CRM systems Develop and execute outreach strategies through email calls and social media Assist in lead generation campaigns including email marketing and social media outreach Run and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns (bonus if experienced) Track and analyze lead conversion rates to report on performance Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation efforts Follow up with leads and ensure seamless transition to the sales team Ensure all lead information is accurately recorded in CRM systems
