This role plays a critical part in ensuring that the company has the right amount of inventory to meet customer needs without overstocking or understocking. The Lead Demand Planner works closely with sales, marketing, production, and supply chain teams to create accurate demand forecasts, implement planning processes, and optimize inventory management.
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A Masters degree or certifications in demand planning (e.g., APICS CPIM) are often preferred.
