Job Description

A Lead Demand Planner is responsible for forecasting, planning, and managing the demand for products within an organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that the company has the right amount of inventory to meet customer needs without overstocking or understocking. The Lead Demand Planner works closely with sales, marketing, production, and supply chain teams to create accurate demand forecasts, implement planning processes, and optimize inventory management.

Education

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A Masters degree or certifications in demand planning (e.g., APICS CPIM) are often preferred.
